Mariel Isakson is a founding Partner of Lauté Consulting; She has 20+ years’ experience in Executive Search, having worked previously at Heidrick & Struggles, Morgan Howard and Leaders Trust International/Alto Partners.

With a strong international and local knowledge and mind-set, her principal industry specialization lies within sectors such as Industry (Engineering, Oil & Gas, Construction, Automotive, Renewables), Technology, Professional Services, FMCG, Hospitality and Life Sciences, among others.

Strong experience, within Talent Consulting, Assessment Center and Career Mentoring projects with local and international companies. Hogan Certified.

Mariel has lived in South America, the United States and Europe, where she studied Political Science (University of Bridgeport) and Modern Languages, with a master’s degree in Translation from New York University. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and speaks French and Italian.

She is an active member of several NGO’s such as Fundación Vipeika, Fundación Josep Carreras, Red Cross and Aldeas Infantiles.

Edith López

Senior Associate

Edith has over 20+ year’s experience in Executive Search acquired at leading executive search firms such as Heidrick & Struggles, Talent Search, Konsac, Alto Partners/Leaders Trust International and, Lauté Consulting. Her areas of expertise include Assessment Center and Career Mentorning. Hogan Certified.

With a strong international and local experience, knowledge and mind-set, her principal industry specialization lies within sectors such as Pharma & Life Sciences, FMCG, Retail, Professional Services, Technology and Industry.

Edith has lived in Germany and Canada where she studied Bio agronomy at the Université Laval (Canada). She is bilingual in French and Spanish and speaks English fluently.

Carolina Nieto

Associate Communications and Projects

Carolina works with Laute Consulting managing marketing and communication projects, social media, and creative processes since 2019.  She has 8 years’ work experience in on and off-line marketing, strategy and communications projects.

She holds a degree in Journalism and AV communications from U. Rey Juan Carlos, as well as certificates in Community Management  (UNED) and Digital Content Creation (CEI – Design and Digital Marketing School)
